This privacy notice is limited to website visits and direct communications; it is not a request for explicit consent.
What personal data may be processed?
This website has no membership or user account system. The full name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message you provide in the contact form are processed on the server to forward your request to Netpa and sent to bilgi@netpatuketim.com.tr through the Yandex email service. Form messages are not stored in a separate website database or CRM system. The website does not create visitor profiles or use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising/remarketing tracking code.
If you contact us by email or phone, the name, surname, email address, phone number and information in your request that you share may be processed to the extent necessary to respond to your request. Please do not share unnecessary personal information or special categories of personal data in your communications.
When the website is served, the hosting and network infrastructure may generate limited technical records relating to the IP address, access time, requested page, response/error information and browser. These are not separately collected in the website application for visitor profiling.
Purposes of processing
Contact data is used to answer your questions and requests and to communicate with you. Technical records may be processed to maintain website security, detect errors and ensure technical continuity. Where a legal obligation or a specific dispute arises, relevant records may be processed to fulfil that obligation or to establish, exercise or protect legal rights. No marketing profiles are created within the scope of this website.
Collection methods and legal basis
Data is obtained when you complete the contact form or communicate directly by email or phone, and through the automatic generation of technical records during visits. To prevent misuse of the form, a one-way, secret-keyed value derived from the IP address and a short-term submission counter are used; form messages are not retained in these counter records.
Answering questions and communicating with you is based on Netpa’s legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (KVKK Article 5/2-f). If your communication directly concerns the establishment or performance of a contract, Article 5/2-c applies only to the necessary information. The legal basis for records necessary for security and technical continuity is Article 5/2-f; for processing required by a legal obligation, Article 5/2-ç; and for protecting a specific right, Article 5/2-e. Explicit consent is not used as the default legal basis.
Who receives your data, and why?
Technical data required to serve the website and ensure technical security may be processed by hosting/technical infrastructure service providers. Communication records are processed through email/communication service providers to the extent necessary to deliver and respond to communications.
Where legally required, relevant records may be transferred to competent public authorities; where necessary to establish, exercise or protect a specific legal right, they may be transferred to authorised legal advisers and service providers needed for that purpose, only to the extent necessary. The website application is not configured to send visitor data to analytics or advertising platforms. Clicking an external link may initiate independent data processing by the website you visit.
Your rights under the KVKK
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if it has been processed, to request information about it.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is being used in accordance with that purpose.
- To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
- To request the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data.

- To request compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.

You may also apply to bilgi@netpatuketim.com.tr from an email address that you have previously provided to Netpa and that is registered in our system. As a rule, they are free of charge; if the process entails an additional cost, the tariff set by the Board may apply.
