When you visit the website
The current version has no membership system, user profiles or advertising tracking system. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and similar visitor behaviour tracking code are not used. Fonts, images and style files are served by the website; maps, videos and social media content are not embedded from third parties.
When you contact us
When you choose to contact us through the contact form, by email or by phone, only the information needed to communicate with you and respond to your request is processed. Form messages are sent from the server to bilgi@netpatuketim.com.tr through the Yandex email service; they are not stored in a separate form database or CRM system. Short-term submission counters are used to limit misuse. Details of the data controller, legal bases and your rights are set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
Technical records
Access and error logs may be generated within the hosting, network and security infrastructure to serve the website and resolve problems. The website application does not use these to create personal visitor profiles. Records should be limited in scope and duration to what is required by the processing purpose and applicable legal obligations; this policy does not specify an unverified fixed retention period.
External links and purchases
Links to the Sinkov, Killing and Zerobite brand websites lead to independent websites. When you visit an external website, its own privacy, cookie and terms of use policies apply. These websites are not embedded in the Netpa Tüketim page.
Orders and payments are not taken through the Netpa Tüketim website. “Buy” links lead to an external retailer. Purchases, delivery, payments and after-sales services are governed by the terms of the relevant external platform.
Data security
Netpa aims to apply technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the risks associated with the personal data it processes. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed for transmission over the internet. You are advised not to share unnecessary personal information and to check that the contact address is correct.
